UV DTF transfers for hard surfaces

Peel. Place. Press. Bright decoration without a heat press.

UV DTF transfers make it easier to add colorful, detailed artwork to smooth hard-surface products. Order a single design, arrange a gang sheet or ask about repeat trade work.

Three ways to order

Start simple or send a production-ready sheet.

Beginner

Order by size

Upload one design, choose the finished dimensions and quantity, and let us prepare the sheet.

Flexible

Build a gang sheet

Arrange multiple logos, names or designs on one sheet to make better use of the print area.

Print ready

Upload a gang sheet

Submit a prepared layout that follows the stated dimensions, spacing and artwork rules.

Repeat

Trade & wholesale

Talk to us about recurring designs, volume pricing, saved artwork and consistent ordering.

Try it

Sample first

Test application and appearance on your actual blank before committing to a larger run.

Support

Artwork help

Ask for support with background removal, sizing, fine details and practical sheet setup.

Application

A clean surface and patient application make the difference.

01

Clean

Remove dust, oils and residue. Let the hard surface dry completely.

02

Position

Align carefully before pressing. Curves and edges need extra attention.

03

Press

Apply firm, even pressure across the design so every detail bonds.

04

Peel

Remove the carrier as instructed and allow the transfer time to settle.

Best-use guidance

Designed for smooth, hard surfaces.

Always test when the surface is valuable, coated, highly curved, flexible, textured or exposed to demanding conditions.

Often suitable

Glass, acrylic, coated metal, smooth plastic, ceramic and many promotional-product blanks.

Needs care

Tight curves, handles, edges, textured finishes and objects that flex during use.

Not textile DTF

UV DTF is for rigid surfaces. It is not the same transfer used for cotton or polyester garments.

Artwork matters

Fine lines, transparent pixels, low resolution and unexpected backgrounds can affect the transfer.

Common questions

Make the first application a confident one.

Do I need a heat press?

No. UV DTF is applied to a clean hard surface with pressure. It should not be confused with heat-applied textile DTF.

Can I use it on cups and tumblers?

Many smooth hard-surface drinkware blanks can work, but shape, coating, washing and use conditions matter. Test your exact blank first.

What artwork gives the best result?

Use high-resolution artwork or vectors, transparent backgrounds and details large enough to transfer cleanly at final size.

Can you help arrange a gang sheet?

Yes. Send the sheet dimensions, finished design sizes, quantities and artwork. Setup charges may apply depending on the work required.

Ready to turn your artwork into transfers?

Choose individual designs, a gang sheet or a trade enquiry. If you are unsure, send one design and the product you want to decorate.
