Precision laser services

Cut the part. Add the detail. Make the mark last.

From a one-off acrylic shape to repeat production and serialized metal components, we help match the material, file and laser process to the result you need.

Choose by outcome

Four processes that solve different problems.

If you are unsure which one applies, describe the finished result. We will help select the practical route.

Shape

Laser cutting

Precise profiles, holes and components from flat sheet material for prototypes and production.

Depth

Laser engraving

Material is removed to create visible, tactile detail for products, plaques and identification.

Permanence

Laser marking

High-contrast identification such as serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and logos.

Surface

Laser etching

A controlled surface change for fine text, graphics and technical identification.

One-off

Personalization

Names, dates, logos and artwork applied to gifts, awards, products and supplied objects.

Repeat work

Production support

Structured files, variable data and repeatable setups for batches and ongoing orders.

Material + process

The same artwork behaves differently on every material.

That is why we ask about substrate, thickness, finish, contrast and use - not just the file.

Metals

Permanent marks, identification, plates and parts. The metal grade and finish affect contrast and process.

Acrylic & plastics

Cut shapes, dimensional pieces, signs, labels and engraved detail, subject to material suitability.

Wood & sheet materials

Decorative cutting, engraving, models, packaging pieces and branded products.

Customer-supplied items

Tell us the exact material, coating and value of the item. Testing may be recommended before a full run.

File-ready or needs help?

Both routes are welcome.

01

Share the job

Process, material, size, thickness, quantity, finish and deadline.

02

Upload what you have

DXF, SVG, AI, PDF, STEP or a clear reference, depending on the job.

03

Technical review

We check suitability, identify missing information and confirm the route.

04

Quote and produce

Approve the specification, then we make the part or mark the item.

Common questions

Useful details for a better first quote.

What file format should I send?

Vector and CAD files are best for cutting. Engraving or marking can use vector or high-resolution artwork depending on the result. Send what you have and we will confirm.

Can you help create a production drawing?

Yes. Select artwork or drawing help in your enquiry and include dimensions, a sketch or a reference object.

Can you mark serial numbers or QR codes?

Yes, subject to code size, data format, material and readability requirements. Include a sample dataset for variable work.

Do you accept one-off jobs?

Ask us. Suitability depends on setup, material and project complexity, not only quantity.

Have a drawing, sketch or part in hand?

Upload it with the material, thickness and quantity. If something is missing, we will tell you clearly.
